This is something we like to call mini ACTIVE MOTION circuits. You can find an example below…
We are going to give you 5 exercises which you are going to repeat 3 times.
1) Star Jumps – 45 seconds
2) Squats – 15 repetitions
(after the 1st round if its too easy fill a bag and put it on your back)
3) Press ups – 20 repetitions
4) Wall sits – 30 seconds
(after the 1st round if its too easy fill a bag and put it on your back or increase the time)
5) Dead bug (Alternate arms and legs) – 20 repetitions
Starting incorporating this as part of your daily routine to help keep active while you’re stuck at home.
