Want to keep fit but you’re isolating?

Keeping active is essential for both PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELLBEING.

Well here is a few things you can do…

We are allowed to leave the house at the moment as long as we social distance.

This means things like:

  1. Jogging.
  2. Cycling
  3. Golf
  4. Walking
  5. DIY

However, there are many other ways in which you can stay active from the comfort of your own home.

This is something we like to call mini ACTIVE MOTION circuits. You can find an example below…

We are going to give you 5 exercises which you are going to repeat 3 times.

1) Star Jumps – 45 seconds

2) Squats – 15 repetitions

(after the 1st round if its too easy fill a bag and put it on your back)

3) Press ups – 20 repetitions

4) Wall sits – 30 seconds

(after the 1st round if its too easy fill a bag and put it on your back or increase the time)

5) Dead bug (Alternate arms and legs) – 20 repetitions

Starting incorporating this as part of your daily routine to help keep active while you’re stuck at home.
