- Every our make sure you get up and keep moving at least once an hour
- Sort that desk set up out, –> raise that computer screen + lower that keyboard
- Go for a 20 minute walk during that lunch break!
- If you have to lift something heavy at work make sure you bend down and lift with your legs!
