Active Motion is a Sports Therapy & Physiotherapy practice owned and run by Jordan Sahota
Integrated Masters Degree in Sports Therapy
REPS Level 2 Personal Training
Jordan is also able to perform:
Instrument Assisted Soft-Tissue Manipulation
Inspired by his own previous injuries (lower back and knee pain – resulting in surgery and 2 injections, Jordan studied Sports Therapy (MSci) at the University of Chichester and, this has led Jordan to have a particular interest in lower back pain, neck pain and shoulder pain.
As a Graduate Sports Therapist, Jordan is able to assess, treat and rehabilitate patients suffering with muscle, joint or nerve related symptoms. Through completing his Masters, he is now able to treat and all areas of the body – including the Jaw.
Prior to undertaking his degree, Jordan competed for the United Kingdom in Ballroom and Latin dancing. This has enabled him to understand the movement patterns of different sports, as well as the importance of physical mobility for sport, and subsequently everyday life.
Through the experience Jordan gained while working with AFC Bournemouth, Oxford United and Worthing RFC, he ensures that the treatment and rehabilitation strategies provided are both effective and realistic in order to ensure patients accomplish their goals and can return to the activities they love.
He was very professional & talked me through what he was going to do.
Would definitely recommend.

The treatment room is beautiful, calm and welcoming and Jordan could not have been nicer or more professional.
He followed up as promised with information for me, including exercises to compliment my treatment plan. The cost is really reasonable compared to many places as well. Thanks Jordan for your help
How we can help
When something like chronic pain strikes in your lower-back or neck, or if you experience an injury from sport or exercise – we know it’s very tempting to leave it and hope it’ll simply “go away on it’s own” with time and rest… That you’ll wake up someday and like “magic”, it’ll be as if it never happened in the first place – but that’s usually not the case, and often the pain ends up worse than it was when it first started.
We also know it’s very easy to reach into the back of the cupboard for the painkillers, and take them whenever pain strikes so it eases off fast – but all those painkillers are no good for your health long-term, and do nothing but mask the pain instead.
Or, maybe you’re left feeling confused, even sceptical because you’ve seeked advice from other Healthcare professionals, or a Physiotherapist in the past, and nothing they seemed to say or do helped.
If any of these have happened to you – we would love to help you by inviting you to book a call to talk with one of our therapists at our Upham Clinic to find out what can be done to help you.
The fact that you’ve tried any or all of these things already, like many people we see, is actually a good thing because when you know what doesn’t work – you are closer to finding the thing that does!
