Meet The clinic Owner
Jordan Sahota
Who Is Jordan Sahota, Founder Of Active Motion Injury Clinic?
Jordan is a pain and movement expert, and former university lecturer and professional football therapist based in Hampshire. Born and raised in Kings Worthy, near Winchester, Jordan now lives with his family in Bishops Waltham, close to Eastleigh – not far from where he launched his successful practice, Active Motion Injury Clinic.
Jordan’s journey into understanding pain and movement was shaped by his own health challenges. As a former competitive ballroom and Latin dancer, he proudly represented the UK internationally, travelling to destinations such as Isley, Russia, and even appearing on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing at just 11 years old.
However, at 13, he began suffering severe knee pain, leading to a failed knee surgery at 14. By 17, he had received two knee injections and was told more surgery was inevitable – along with a long recovery and the risk of losing his mobility altogether by his early 20s.
For a time, those fears came true. After his second injection, Jordan lost the ability to walk for a month. Yet, despite the obstacles, he refused to accept permanent limitations. More than a decade later, he has regained full mobility without further surgery, and his experience has become the driving force behind his work.
Through his recovery, Jordan discovered his true passion: helping others overcome pain, rebuild strength, and reclaim their independence. This purpose led him to found Active Motion Injury Clinic, where he and his team now help patients of all ages — from athletes and runners to parents, older adults, and busy professionals — to move better, recover faster, and live without pain.
At the heart of Active Motion Injury Clinic is a simple mission: no one should go through what Jordan did. His goal is to help people avoid unnecessary painkillers, reduced mobility, and dependency on others — the things he once faced at just 14, when his mum had to help him out of bed each morning.
Today, Jordan combines his clinical experience, academic background, and personal resilience to deliver compassionate, science-based care. He’s passionate about helping as many people as possible achieve long-term recovery, whether that means returning to sport, keeping up with grandkids, or simply walking without pain.
